1. About Us
Tails Of Glory ("we", "us", "our") is an online retailer selling pet products. By placing an order on our website, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Your Order
By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. A binding contract is only formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

3. Prices & Payment
All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We accept payment via the methods shown at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

4. Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 business days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk in goods passes to you on delivery.

5. Returns & Refunds
You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receiving your goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Goods must be returned in original condition. Refunds are processed within 5 days of receiving the returned item. Personalised or perishable items cannot be returned unless faulty.

6. Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 30 days. We will offer a repair, replacement, or full refund in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under UK law.

8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
